Later I read in the shop manual about coolant seeping, and that there is a procedure called "peening," where you use a punch tool or ball peen hammer, and kind of smash the aluminum around the area to stop the leaking.
I did some internet research, and the Jasper engines seem to be OK. He said there was really no fix for a problem like this, as you can't weld aluminum, and any kind of J&B bond would only hold temporarily.
